Terms of Use

• Responsibilities:

I / We am aware that during the tour, or trip certain risk and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling down rivers by boat or raft, horseback-riding, hiking, rock climbing, caving, sailing in open water, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, forces or nature and travel by air, automobile or other conveyance. In consideration of, and a part payment for the right to participate in such trips and other activities, services and food arranged by Eagle Eye Resorts Home, their agents or associates, I have read and do hereby assume all of the above risks and will hold them harmless for any and all liability action, in causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise of or in connection with my trip or participation in any activities arranged by Eagle Eye Resorts Home and their agents or administrators and for all members of my family and others accompanying and booked for by me. I have read and accept the conditions outlined above, and enclosed required deposit.

• Cancellation policy:

  1. 15% of tariff will be charged for cancellation prior to three weeks before check- in date.

  2. 50% of tariff will be charged for cancellation less than three weeks and prior to one week before check – in date.

  3. No refund or cancellation will be made for less than one week to check – in date.

• No Refund and Cancellation/ Prepone/Postpone of dates for the bookings during peak season and special occasions like Diwali, Christmas, New Year and other major public holidays.

No-show, early departure, late arrival or unused portions of accommodation, meals, activities, or services are non- refundable. No refund will be issued due to airline delays or acts of God, including weather-related problems. Please note there is no last minute cancellation or dropouts.

Since this venue is only for resident guests, no walk-ins or visitors. Arrangements are made exclusively for you.

Eagle Eye Resorts Home assumes no responsibility to any injury, damage, or loss of property or person as a result of any services provided by Eagle Eye Resorts Home or its employees.
